How to log in
Check out the welcome email that you would have received upon registration for your unique miEbooks login details. Download the app from your app store and use these details to log in.
Learner login details:
- Username: Learner’s Microsoft email address (as received from Impaq)
- Password: The system-generated password as per your welcome email
Parent/guardian login details:
- Username: Your email address as listed on my.Impaq
- Password: The system-generated password as per your welcome email
my.Impaq is our main admin portal where you can see your learner’s basic information, view or download financial statements, or track the delivery/collection of parcels.
How to log in
During the registration process, you were asked to create a password to log in to my.Impaq. Use this password along with your ID number to log in.

All registered learners receive a Microsoft Office 365 product licence that gives you access to the online versions of Microsoft Teams, Microsoft Office, Microsoft Excel, and Microsoft Outlook.
Please note: Impaq Online School learners need to log in to Microsoft Teams to attend online classes.
