How to log in

Check out the welcome email that you would have received upon registration for your unique Optimi app login details. Download the app from your app store and use these details to log in.

Learner login details: 

  • Username: Learner’s Microsoft email address (as received from Impaq)
  • Password: The learner’s ID number 

Parent/guardian login details: 

  • Username: Your email address as listed on my.Impaq (or your ID number)* 
  • Password: The same password you use to log in to the Optimi Learning Portal 

*If your username is not an email address, please log in to OLP and follow the steps to update your username

my.Impaq is our main admin portal where you can see your learner’s basic information, view or download financial statements, or track the delivery/collection of parcels.

How to log in

During the registration process, you were asked to create a password to log in to my.Impaq. Use this password along with your ID number to log in.

  • Username: ID number
  • Password: The password you created
    during registration
OLP is your one-stop learning hub. Access digital resources, assessments and memos, lesson plans, personalised calendars, and more. Track your progress, capture marks, and generate report cards — all in one place.

How to log in

Learner login details: 

  • Username: Learner’s Microsoft email address (as received from Impaq)
  • Password: Learner’s ID number

Parent/guardian login details: 

  • Username: ID number
  • Password: my.Impaq password
All registered learners receive a Microsoft Office 365 product licence that gives you access to the online versions of Microsoft Teams, Microsoft Office, Microsoft Excel, and Microsoft Outlook.
Please note: Impaq Online School learners need to log in to Microsoft Teams to attend online classes.

  • Password: a@last 7 digits of student’s ID number (example: a@1234567)
  • Username: astudentnumber@optimi.learning.co.za
    (example: a100698@optimi.learning.co.za)
  • Password: a@last 7 digits of student’s ID number (example: a@1234567)
The Impaq Communcation app (powered by D6) is Impaq’s primary communication platform, where we update you on everything you need to know during the year.

Stay connected:

Once you open the app for the first time, it will ask you to confirm your email address or cellphone number. Please ensure that you use the same details as listed on my.Impaq. The app will then send an OTP to the contact details provided. Enter the OTP into the app - then you're good to go!
